How to Sync Photos from iphone to a PC

This may be old news to some, but I have not seen this response to the question.   When I connect the USB cable to my iPhone4 from my XP PC, in addition to iTunes coming up, the Scanner and Camera Wizard also pops up.  I had always canceled it before, but when I opened it, the wizard displayed all of the pictures in the camera roll folder on my iPhone. It's a little cumbersome if you have photos that you want to transfer to different folders on your PC...select the photos to go to folder-x and transfer them; then click on BACK and select the photos to go to folder-y, etc.  Before transferring, there is a check a box option if you want to delete them from your phone.  If the wizard doesn't come up when you connect, you can find it under Start--> All Programs --> Accessories

Don’t call me Yellow!

Why do most of the pictures taken (usually in doors under natural light) with the i4 come out yellowish?  Is this just me or are others having this problem?   Thanks!

Re: I4 Yellow effect

My understanding of the yellowish tint in some of the iPhone 4 pictures, is that it occurs in pictures that are taken under normal lighting conditions indoors...... This is due to the fact that the iPhone 4 was designed to take better pictures while in low light conditions. It seems that the phone has decided that when you are indoors, you are in a low light condition, therefore it activates the "boost", which causes it to change the white balance in your shot. And that is why you are seeing the yellowish tint in your pictures.... The positive thing that I found out, is that Apple sets the white balance for the camera through the software, therefore an update patch in the future will most likely be able to clear this problem up.......... Hope this helps. :)

Iphone 4 Glass casing

Has anyone heard anything about the "super glass" on the phone?  I have done some reading and supposedly it shatters after three drops, but I don't find the pictures to be convincing.  Just curious on people's opinions.

More Droid Xtreme Photos Surface [New Droid Xtreme Photos Bring News Of Customizable UI]

We had first spotted some early leaked pictures of the Motorola Droid Xtreme. Today, a few more have come out, this time showing the phone running. Along with the pictures comes news of the phone’s custom UI. Motorola has been including their MOTOBLUR UI on all phones recently. The first Motorola Droid didn’t use it however, although Motorola did include it on their next Android phone, the Motorola Backflip for AT&T. Reports now say that the Motorola Droid Xtreme will be running a custom UI, but it won’t be MOTOBLUR. As you can see, the new UI is similar to the stock Android UI, but takes some hints from HTC Sense in my opinion – a comment that Motorola’s UI engineers would probably take offense to. This new UI is being called “Ninja Blur” by those who used it. No word if this is Motorola’s name for it or if the chap who reported that coined it himself. Other news from these pictures? The camera on the back is clearly a 8-megapixel camera with HD video and dual-LED flashes. As we also covered a few days ago, there is some confusion over which of the two upcoming Motorola Droids (the Droid Shadow and the Droid Xtreme) will be the higher-end “Droid 2″ and which will be a bit more mainstream. We’ve heard things going both ways, but after this news, the Droid Xtreme looks pretty good.
