I don't think so. Your best bet is to take a recording of the greeting and a 3.5mm-to-3.5mm cable....from the line out of the machine with the cable into the headphone jack of the iPhone.

BTW in windows 7 the device does not show up in explorer unltil there is a disk in it or you have set it in the options to show it at all times.
