Good catch, the 16GB, and 32GB model can not be returned or exchanged. Hopefully the OP got the 8GB model, and will be able to exchange it.

Gmail however will do subfolders (and ActiveSync).  Personally, I can’t do without subfolders so Hotmail isn’t something I’d consider for my primary email service.
