Anyone else excited about the Nokia N8
Coming soon to the US. Personally I think it's highly underrated. Even though I gave a Nexus One I miss Nokia's great phones. They just don't have anything really in the market to compete till this. I'm concern about the Symbian OS however as this will be the only one running on it. Nonetheless this will be a great device.

New Service & then sell Iphone 4
Just ordered online new service to port over my current number with the Iphone4 I would like to sell the iphone & use the Nexus one. How do I go about this. I didn't realize the Iphone has a micro sim, so I need a regular sized sim for the used Nexus one I am buying. I suppose I should not activate the iphone, right? I would assume the buyer of the iphone would need the new sim, does the sim have my ported number on it? A buddy says he may have a spare used 3G sim to give me. If he does, would I be able to use it to activate the Nexus One by calling in? What do I tell them if they ask why am I not activating the Iphone 4 that was ordered?

Will my Nexus One unlimited data plan and unlimited Family messaging also work on with an iPhone?
I'm currently on the $30 unlimited data smartphone plan, sharing minutes with my family and we also have an unlimited messaging plan for all lines. I use the plan on my AT&T-compatible Nexus One I just bought because I didn't think I'd be eligible for an upgrade until October, but now I learn that the iPhone's upgrade advancement would allow me to upgrade as soon as it comes out. I'm happy with the Nexus One, but if for $200 more I can have both a Nexus One *and* an iPhone I'd be flying high. My question is, will the plan I have for my Nexus One work with the iPhone 4? I know the iPhone uses a microSIM, but I bought an adapter online, so that should not be a problem. Will an unlimited data plan with family unlimited text messaging work with an iPhone 4? I do not want to have to increase our bill.

New data plan switch question
heres a good question for ppl in my situatiion: i Have the Nexus One with the $30 unlimited plan for smartphones when and if the 4G comes to ATT i wanna get it if im going to get the 4g and its gonna be past June 7th, would i still be able to keep the $30 dollar Unlimited when i switch or am i sol? I ask because im unclear how this will effect me and possibly others due to the uncertainty of how smartphones and iphone data are going to be categorized as of June 7th ( since they are seperate data types ) thanks in advance

If so then you might want to keep the iPhone data plan if your data services work on the Nexus One. If they don't then you would have to call and switch the plan each time you switch the SIM to a different phone. If your only going to be using the Nexus One then change the plan. The iPhone handles a few things differently like Voicemail so if your not using the iPhone then changing the plan is best.
