Good catch, the 16GB, and 32GB model can not be returned or exchanged. Hopefully the OP got the 8GB model, and will be able to exchange it.

It works as expected. An important limitation of Hotmail to keep in mind has to do with with folders though. You can't do sub-folders (some people call them 'nested' folders). You could create a folder called 'Receipts' for example, but if you wanted to put folders in the 'Receipts' folder like maybe 'Clothing'; 'Tech Purchases'; 'Home'; etc, you can't. It's been a limitation forever now, and they have no plans to change it -- maybe someday they'll implement this to make their service more relevant. You can create subfolders in your iPhone's email, but they won't sync over to Hotmail. Gmail however will do subfolders (and ActiveSync). Personally, I can't do without subfolders so Hotmail isn't something I'd consider for my primary email service.

Keep an eye on it. I received a shipment notification email for my free case on July 26. DHL or USPS tracking never got past the "Manifested" stage. The case never arrived so I called Apple on Aug. 27 inquiring about the shipment. They said it did ship on that day and weren't sure what happened. They shipped another on Aug. 31 via priority FedEx. Received it yesterday. Good luck!

exchange iPHONE 3GS to iPHONE 4
i upgraded from a blackberry 9700 to an iPHONE 3GS a couple weeks ago , however im unhappy with its performance & would like to trade it in for the iPHONE 4 since im within the 30 day exchange policy how exactly do i trade the phone in , would i have to go to the apple store or theg att store ?

Can’t Change Dataplan
My wife is on the 200MB plan and I need to switch it to the 2GB plan. I go in to Manage Features on her line and it only shows the 200MB plan which is selected. There are no other plans. Messaging and all the other options show all the different plans available. How do I change this?

Refurbished 3gs quality?
Possible new customer looking into a refurbed 16gb 3gs. I am just wondering what kind of quality these refurbs are in, are they refurbed by att or by apple. I just dont want to get a phone all smudged and scratched up. ty

My Unopened/ iPhone 4 Upgrade was Stolen by UPS
Hey All, So I am in kind of a predictament here. I currently have an iPhone 3GS and was elgible for an upgrade. So I upgraded over the phone via ATT Premier (its a business account) and paid for an iPhoen 4. Since I am in college I had it shipped to my house. My Dad got it, and took it to the UPS Store along with other things to ship to me in one package. He insured the package for up to $400. Now, I got a package at my dorm yesterday and opened it up. All my college stuff is there (just a poster or two for my wall,) but no iPhone 4. I immediatley call my Dad and tell him the poster he shipped to me came in the box, but no iPhone 4. He drives to the UPS Store and flips out on them. He said he gave them the posters and the phone to put in the same box, but obviously the lady there pocketed the phone. There trying to tell us it isnt our fault and want to send a team to come investigate my box to see if it was tampered with. Now, my question is this. I never received my iPhone 4. It is unopened, not activated, nothing. What can ATT or Apple do here to help me? Am I going to strcitly have to go through UPS, or can they track something? Thanks, Jake

Can’t track my free case?
Actually, it's my husband's free case. Mine hasn't shipped yet. But it's a DHL tracking number. This morning there was tracking info on the DHL site. Well, it wasn't showing much, but it wasn't saying the tracking number didn't exist. I get 'No result found for your DHL query. Please try again.' when I put in the tracking number. I'm not sure what to make of this. Anyone else have this issue? The email from Apple saying it shipped arrived around 1:30pm on 8/31. My next step will be to contact AT&T or DHL to see what's up. I'll give it until tomorrow morning and see if there is info on the DHL site. Thanks
