Order Status Page is useless
Why not give some actual useful information on your order status page beyond "shipped"? How about things customers might actually be interested in when checing this page like:  – WHEN was it shipped? – HOW was it shipped? – is there a TRACKING NUMBER to track the shipment?  You do realize you have customers that live in apartment complexes or other areas where they might want to know when their shipment will arrive? Way to be helpful…
